Mischa is the child of the wealthy and well-known Mischa Barton on the 24th of January, 1986. It was set in Hammersmith England, United Kingdom. The O.C. she played Marissa Cooper a socialite. In 1996, Barton was back on All My Children replacing Michelle Trachtenberg who played Lily Benton Montgomery. Katie Singer appeared in eight episodes as Jessie's Evan Rachel Wood's, partner in the Once and Again television show. In 2001, she made a comeback to the screen and was portrayed as a character in Lost and Delirious by Susan Swan. Barton was highly praised for her performance, as in addition to that of Piper Perabo. In 1996 Comaneci was elected into the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame and in 1999 she was honoured by ABC News and Ladies Home Journal as one of 100 of the Most Important Women of the 20th Century. In the month of April, 1996 Comaneci was married American Olympic Champion Bart Conner and they have one son named Dylan Paul. They own a variety of gymnastics-related business interests including the Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy. Comaneci is a board member for the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. She remains active in supporting numerous charitable organisations in Romania. This also includes the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital of Bucharest.
