Comaneci was married with American Olympic Champion Bart Conner in the month of April, 1996. The couple has their son Dylan Paul. They own a number of companies that are related to gymnastics such as Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy. Comaneci has also been involved with a wide range of charities, serving as one of both the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association Board of Directors and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. She has also continued to support dozens of charities in her native country of Romania such as the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital in Bucharest.
